Unhygienic condition

Dear Sir,

I am a Ph. D Student at AIIMS.The condition outside Gate No.2 is like a Hell as some uneducated people use this place for urination. Due to this reason this place smells like a hell and poses a big problem to commuters passingby. I request you to pls look into the matter and do the worthwhile.
