Pan cars not received

Hello sir

I am rahul rawat working in Ericsson in gurgaon.

On 24 july I apply for PAN card through Karvy Consultants Ltd. Ffg302, 3rd floor, sushant arcade, sushant lok-1gurgaon..

Through internet I track my PAN card (Acknowledgement number- 061710100150753) details that it has been dispatched through 1st flight courier on 5th of Aug and the allotted PAN card number was AOTPR0293R. where I wait for a week but it was not reach the address as mentioned by me. So I do call courier services but they didn’t tell me where they delivered the PAN card. I do call many times on there number of different location but result was same.

Thereafter through my own source I track the address where they delivered the PAN card and I found that they delivered on wrong address where PAN card was not accepted and it’s being sent back to Mumbai. If they have given me the details then, then there was chance of getting the pan card from that address. Please sir take a look on this matter.
