PAN Cardnot received

Dear Sir,

I have not received PAN Card for my son-in-law Shri Panaj Malhotra, a NRI. Had applied on 6.9.08 on Form No ITS-49A, vide Processing Coupon No. 028067958 in your Delhi (Rajender Place) Branch. On 20th September I was told that Pan Car was issued on 17-9-08. But I have not received the same. Seems, the cardhas been lost.

Grateful, please issue a duplicate Card at the earliest.
