Dear Sir/Ma'am
I had submitted an application for my PAN card (form number :040213701) on September 7th (Processing fee coupon number :028052589) to a UTI agent who sits at AIAKAR BHAVAN, RISHI NAGAR, LUDHIANA.
In the form it is mentioned that one recieves his/her PAN card in 15 days, well today 38 days have passed and I've been to the agent several times to follow up but still I havent recieved my card.
Kindly advise me how to tackle this situation.
