Pancard from UTITSL
Not received PANCARD since 5 years

Sir,

I have not received my PANCARD yet though i have applied a long time ago i.e.since about 5 years.giving complaints regularly, but of no use.kindly suggest what to do.below, there is some of the correspondence made earlier copied for ur kind reference.thanks.

Sir, With reference your letter No. UTITSL/PAN/217034884/278199, Dtd-16/11, I have clarified that data /details as noticed by your office. But could not get any reply or my pan card. I am facing great difficulty in daily life without a pan card. Kindly take quick step to despath my pan card. I have sent copy of my H.S.C. for verification of name of my father. thanking you please.

If you wish to update your Father name as per the application, then kindly provide us the copy of your PAN proof or PAN allotment letter & along with the Identity proof, such as Passport / Driving License/ School or College Leaving Certificate or Mark sheet/ Voter id card/ Birth Certificate etc., which bears the correct and full name of your Father's.
