Near the end of the Pasum Pon Devar Mahan street, in Palavakkam Chennai two buildings have connected their septic tank overflowing water to run on the very narrow, ver shallow, open canal intended for rain water drainage. As a result of this, This poses a very dangerous health hazard for the inhabitants of that street and filthy smelling. Where and whom shall I contact to file a complaint on this? as I've already complained to the elected ward member of that area, but to no action. Please someone kindly guide me to bring this to the notice of the correct authority who can stop this utter ignorance for public health by some building owenrs who are too greedy even trying to save Rs.300 per month sewage tanker expenses by technically connecting in such a way that only the water goes in the drainage creating very foul smell. This poses a severe health hazard for the all inhabitants of the street. Please someone arrange to inform the concerned dept and let the officers come uninformed (surprise check) and have a check on their illegal and inhumane act.
Thank You
