Our office (Superintending Engineer, PR Mahabubnagar) is possessing broad band connection with BSNL through phone No.08542-251439. it is regrated that, the interruption of broad band connection from 6.00 PM and onwards in our office is regularily disconnecting. Which leads to hampering the important project works and precise time of Engineers. The interruption were brought to the notice of BSNL Officials since six months, the officials of BSNL were attending the repair for time being. How ever every day it starts the disconnection of broad connection regularily. Therefore it is requested sir to consider our case and solve the hurdles.
