PAN CARD NOT RECEIVED

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is with reference to my PAN Application (Ack No: 881030205886946).

I have submitted my recent color photograph three times as per the guidelines, but everytime I am notified that there is a discrepancy in the photograph provided. I am unable to understand what is wrong. Please note:

1. My photograph was of size : 3.5 cm *2.5 cm, as mentioned in the guidelines.

2. It was a color photograph.

3. I pasted it on seperate white paper and also provided an extra copy along with that in the courier packet.

4.I did not sign over it.

5. I pasted it in such a way that it can not be folded.

6.I was not waring any spectacles in the photograph.

7.The photo was not stapled.

8.It was neither a faint photograph nor a side face photo.

I fail to understand what is wrong with the photograph that I have sent. The last time I sent the photograph, I took all care to meet the given criteria. Please atleast mention clearly what is wrong with the photograph instead of giving general reasons mentioning all the issues possible with the photo.

Now, please let me know if I there is any option of sending a scanned photograph by email, instead of arguing over it.

I am tired of sending photographs and I need to get my PAN card at the earliest.

So, please help as soon as possible and help me get rid of this issue.
