Hi,
I have visited Pune Central (Near To E Square) on 3rd Feb for shopping. I had been told to valet park my car bcoz of lack of free parking space. I have got a receipt for my valet parking. When i came back i found Pen Drive (Mak: Sandisk 2.0 GB) missing. I immediatley intimated managment about this thing. Thank god i was not having costly things in my car. The management representee (Rishiraj Kunjir Manager: Customer Services) asked me about the theft thing. He gave me a promise to get it back or payment for that device. He entered our complaint in his register. He asked us for our opinion. What do you want? I asked him to get it back or pay for that. He said give me 2 days, i will get back to you after enquiring tthe matter. I never got a call from that guy. After waiting for 15 days i gave him a call. He used a foul language and said i am not rsponsible for that. I said to him that if you are asking us for valet parking it means for my car and things you are rsponsible. The langauge he used and rsponding to my call was simply ridicule. Please help me in this matter.
Even he diverted us that do not file police complaint. I will surely help regarding this matter.
