PAPARMS GUEST HOUSES Very high rate and poor services

Dear Sir,

I had come to Apollo Hospital for my wife delivery so we had book a flat with PAPARMS GUEST HOUSES for two mouths, they charge Rs.25000 per month, and I paid Rs.60000 as advance.

We found that the roam didn’t have any amenities which they promised and they never gave the advances back to us, I had staid in the room which had just two cot with a non working AC. No refrigerated, No TV, No dining table which is there in there wed side www.paparams.com.

There rates are very high with very poor services.

I am trying to get the advances back can anyone help me???
