Adulteration of milk

A few shops in varanasi are tampering the full cream milk bags & are selling adulterated milk in resealed bags which can be very easily observed once seen with a keen eye. The product brand as i have observed is Parag gold milk. This adulterated milk can be of health concerns as well. How could it be taken care of, please help!
