Dear Concern,

WE have Knee Cap viewing a tv add thrrough VPP we have received the product on 12 days ago which has been identified as an deffective ffrom the day of packing as the packing do nat have any scrath, which we have brought to the notice of Paragon customer care for which initiallly they tried to blame the postal department as an transport damage. Later they assured of baring all courier charges and replacing the new product, after a weeks time now they are asking me to courier the product then they will repair the product and send it to me.

AS i cannot take chance with my wifes leg for which i have ordered the product which i have many doubts now i want my complete money back as the repaired product may not be as good as the new one and be broken into pieces any time.

Please help me in this regards
