Non delivery of parcel

I had sent a very important parcel by speed post on 26/02 from Imphal GPO to Udupi, NITTE, Karkala by speed post no EE402772670N .Today it is 11/03 but the parcel has not yet been delivered. India Post Speed post claim to deliver the speed post with in 48 hours. Today it is more than 10 days have passed but the result is zero. I tried to contact the postal department at Udupi and Imphal post office but as usual, no body picked up the phone.
