On 8th July I sent a parcel by Speed Post from the Chennai Thiruvanmiyur Post office to Ms. Vijaya Venkatesh in THANE, Maharashtra. I was charged Rs. 180 and was assured that the parcel will be delivered in Thane on 9th July.
The Tracking Number is ET012396703IN.
Today it is 11th July. Yet the parcel has not yet been delivered. The Madras Postal Department says it cannot track the delivery because the system is down for past several days and do not know when the system will be restored. They can ascertain only by sending a normal post to Thane.
