I have not yet received it.
The person in charge there is an extremely ill mannered person. I had asked him to deliver the package to my security personnel. As we are staying in a big complex and there are many security people there..
The delivery boy did not give it to the security, in spite of me leaving a letter with them. When I called the Jadhavpur incharge .. he told me "You are talking all bull S##, " etc and he kept on screaming at me.
Is this how you treat your customers? Do you think I will not prefer other couriers from now on... rather than people who have no manners whatsoever to talk to ladies!! (jadhavpur incharge's mob # is 9331082473, & local # is 32927468)
I hope you will look into the matter, and appoint decent people who do not spoil the reputation of you esteemed organization.
