Dear sir, I am living in u.k.on 03/06 my brother send me some clothes from india, prabhat bhawan, bhowara, bardhiwan, madhubani pin 846212, bihar inda.on 12/06 i received my registered parcel. when i opend my parcel there was no clothes. they put some magazines (coal insights) issued on 28th may kolkata. I would like to get the answer who took my clothes and who mishandled my parcel?
it is very shame to say that our posting services is very bad.
when my brother went to the postoffice they asked him to open the parcel and they have seen what is inside. He showed to the manager and re-packed. It wsa a registered parcel. how some one can opened a registered parecel and put rubbish things. please give us a answer.
