Dear sir,

We have booked one parcel from Mumbai office the docket Number of the booking is

700406191 which was booked for Guwahati on 03/09. It was made clear to the mumbai office

of Overnight Express that this parcel is urgent and it should reach here by 05/09.

After repeated querry no body is able to track the parcel, where it has gone and when it will

arrive is uncertain.

Kindly help us on this regard.
