I'm a LPG consumer with M/S Rao Gas Agencies, Mandi. Customer no is 1287. Every time we booked a cylinder the supplier did not supply the cylinder, is it our resposbility to collect the cylinder from agency or from the truck?

Agency holder also supply the residential cylinder for commercial use, kindly give warning to the agency holder & solve our problem……..
