Dear Sir,

I had made purchases worth Rs. 1426.50 against Cash Memo BD-0980 on 17/09/08 from your Magent Bandra outlet. I had bought 2 Deodorants (Park Avenue and Old Spice). However as your security guard does not allow you to open the cans, i did not examine them. I have utilized the Old Spice since then.

Yesterday when i opened the the Park Avenue Deodorant, the seal was half broken, the spray cap was dislodged and the can leaking. Today when i went to return the same, at your Bandra outlet, the Cash Supervisor, Shrinivas refused to exchange the same.

He instead said i had used it, and hence was returning it after 5 days even though you have a 7 day refund policy. When i asked to meet his supervisor, he said there was no one. When i asked his employee code /id, he said he did not have one.

By shaking the can, he claims it is half full, when i have not utilized the same. He refuses to believe it could leak. He also said there was no one else i could complain too. Nor did he give me a complaint form or number.

I have left the same the deodorant with him as i have no use for it. I will never buy any personal care products from your store again.
