Burning of Leaves in Park

I'm resident of Sector 3, Rohini. I would like to bring to your notice that despite the Supreme Court Orders i.e. " Burning of leaves strictly prohibited", the labourers of DDA always used to burn leaves in A-3 & A-2 Park, Sector-3, Rohini which causes pollution in the area. This is also to note that the fire goes on for days by burning of leaves. I shall be grateful if they are suitably advised and take care that this should not happen again.
