Parsvnath-Pleasant
Delay in project

I had booked a flat in the parsvnath Pleasant -dharuhera in 2006 and even in 2009 they have not started the construction of the flats. I hv written to them for a refund of my deposits but, they refused to give refund of the same. Pls let me know how to go about it and is there any way we can get the refund of the same.
