Breach of comitment

Dear Sir,

I booked the residential flat at " Parsavnath Pratibha-Moradabad" promoters M/s Parsavnath Builder promised to return the Rs 10000/- per month till the possession of the flat.

I paid 90 % amount of the flat value on 10/12, but still cheque of Rs 10000/- is not given, now marketing people switched off their mobiles
