Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, I would like to inform that i have applied for PAN CARD, acknowledgment no. 023610100213604

The same has been dispatched through Express Logisitics world wide Courier vide airway bill no. 2942463296

When i checked the status it showed that the same has been dispatched on 28.08.2010 by at the communication address, but I have not received the PAN CARD till date.

Kindly check the same in your system and arrange to deliver at the below mentioned address
