I am a regular consumer of the above agency. My consumer no. is 20027.Your agent for gas supply, Parul Gas Service Jharoda, Delhi, has givenits five nos. as 27615721, 27618873, 2762330 upto332, for booking gas refill, it is common phenomina that for booking a refill a consumer have to try continuously but no one care for pick up the phone. After being tired of their acts I had booked it at your centralized no. 1260, on dated 3rd Feb. my bookiing no. is 22, but the agency had not supplied the cylinder till date. I had given my complaint by phone to your concerned officer Mr Ashok on his mobile no.9899240221 on dated 10th feb.
It is surprising that after giving the reports to authorities a consumer like me has go nothing but an assurance of supply of the cylinder.
Kindly look into the matter and oblize me by taking some necessory action.
