I admitted my sister in parul hospital, bhopal on 4may due to vomitting problem... after 2 hours she got well. she wanted to go home because she had to appear in the exam just after that day... i informed the receptionist of the hospital about this sothat she could inform the dr. Meeta Agrawal .but at that time she was not there. when i phoned to doctor, that doctor refused to talk to me... & told me that she would see the matter after coming to hospital after 3 hours...
it was very necessary for us to go... i continuously asked the hospital management to go... but we were forcefully told that we can't go unltil that dr. comes..
the dr. mentioned some tests to be conducted.they had the pathology lab within the hospital premises.the report of one of the tests was to be given after 72hours because it was urine culture test.& it was the most expensive.but they gave the the report within 2 hours..when i talked to dr. pankaj agrawal, the main authority of the hospital, he misbehaved with us & started abusing me..& told us we had to pay the whole bill.
notwithstanding we were charged rs 500 for bed just for 2 hours while rs 500 is for 24 hrs... they refused to lessen this amount...
now i want these people to be punished who let the patients wait just for earning money.they were so inhuman that they gave us the wrong report in 2 hours that was to be given after 72hours.they don't have fear for the corruption they are doing in the hospital
