Sir, I am a resident of 17F-421, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad.
I refer to my written complaint lodged by me personaly on 22.01.2009 around 8.00PM at Power station of Sector-16, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad regarding non availability of electricity on my above mentioned Flat. Even after requesting many times no one from the power station attended the complaint whole night.
On 23.01.2009 at around 8.30am a person named "BABLOO" visited us to attend the complaint & checked the electricity meter at ground floor of our building which he found ok. After that fault was found in one of the wire of MCB of my flat which was not in place.
After completing the job the person "BABLOO" asked for Rs.100/- which I refused to pay due to which he has cut one of the main wires of the Electricity meter located on ground floor & ran away resulted in uninterrupted supply of power in all the power connected equipments of my flat which could result in short-circuit/ damage of electrical equipment or could create human casualty. Later, I personally connected the wires myself cut by your representative.
This shows complete Irresponsibility towards attending complaints by the person concerned. Not attending to unreasonable demands of your representative may not result in damage of personal property/ human casualty.
May I request you to take necessary action in this connection against the employee & forward this mail to concerned officers for necessary action.
