Bad service - PASCO bodyshop

Hi,

I gave my maruti zen to PASCO body shop on 24th September for front chassis work. I was promised the car within a week. However the car was not delivered until 10th October (2.5 weeks in total). Every day I used to be given assurance that the car will be delivered the next day, however the car was never ready. Finally on 9th October I had to use strong words to force the advisor (Mr. Jayant kumar) to deliver my car. Since it was a Friday and I was in Gurgaon for work I told him if I were to collect the car the next day I would need to be reimbursed cab charges. Finally he agreed and the next day the advisor promptly was on leave. I went to the workshop at 2 PM and had to wait till 5 PM for final delivery. Even after that I found no painting done on welded parts that showed from the top. I had to force the supervisor to assign someone to get the car checked once again. After the car's remote system was set right and a few bolts were put in place, I drove out my car at 6 PM.

Such horrendous service I have never come across in my lifetime of owning my car. The problem is that to meet sales targets PASCO body shop take in more that then can work on. I would recommend going to a smaller but reliable body shop for someone who want their car back in shape.
