Passport
Delay in issue

I have submitted my passport form on 6th march and in passport status, it is showing for the past 3 weeks that due to some circumstances the passport will be dispatched after one week. Please look into the problem and issue my passport as soon as possible because i need my passport very badly as i have to go to abroad.
