Dear Sir,

I have applied for my passport on 24.09.08. I didn't received it yet when i enquired from passport office i came to know that my passpost form has been wrongly forwarded to my birth place (GONDA) for verification from passport office rather than forwarding it to my permanent address (LUCKNOW).

kINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AS ITS VERY URGENT.
