Dear sir,

I have applied for my passport on 8th March and till date my status of application is showing as "Police Report has not been received.".

I had mentioned my present address after marriage (Kasba Address in south 24 Pgs.) and Previous address (Bongaon, where I stayed till 8th December).

The south 24 Pgs police verification is completed but yet to receive any call for Police verification at my Bongaon address.

Till date 84 days have gone passed since I have applied and hence decided to bring the matter at your kind notice.

Please do the needful at your end to expedite the process.

Dear Sir, I have applied for my passport on 8th March and till date my status of application is showing as "Police Report has not been received" and unhappy not to see any resolution in spite of your intervention.

Therefore I am again writing to you on 102nd day since my application as per RPO record.

Being a general citizen, it seems impossible task to track the application and it is a source of utter disgust and anguish out of helplessness.

Therefore request your strong intervention and do the needful at your end to expedite the process, before such delay cause harm to me and my family's interests.

Yours faithfully,

Ginia

To Shri Amarendra Khatua,

JS [PV],

Ministry of External Affairs,

Dear Sir,

Please go through the mail trail!

It has been now 121 Days and still counting.

I have applied for my passport on 8th March and till date my status of application is showing as "Police Report has not been received" and unhappy not to see any resolution in spite of your office's intervention.

Request you to please intervene to expedite the process as it's already too late as per the timeline mentioned.

My father visited Barasat Moyna DIB office and saw the DIB comes there every day at 3 PM and till 1 PM they collect slips of people who want to meet him and at 3 pm DIB starts meeting people.

It's unnecessary to say that the behaviour of the officials there are unacceptable and outragious.

Unknowingly my father reached this distant district office at 2 PM and they refused to listen to him as if the process of collecting slip is well defined and publicised.

Please intervene at the earliest.

Yours faithfully,

Ginia
