DELAYING IN DELIVERING PASSPORT

I've applied for passportson dated 06/05, 6 months are completed & still I didn't get my passport. The details are as follows:

PASSPORT APPLICANTS NAME, FILE REFRENCE NO. & DATE OF BIRTHS are

1) Ms. SHEETAL SHARMA, FILE REF. NO. Z287112 & D.O.B.-23/02/1986

2) Mr. HARISH VADERA, FILE REF. NO. Z287113 & D.O.B.-02/06/1962.

Kindly, look into the matter & please dispatch both these PASSPORTS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
