i v.naga durga praveen is here by to report you the careless behavior of passport offcials of Hyderabad towards the common citizens .the consequences that lead me to this situation are
i have applied the passport on 30-07 and my police inquiry clearance report had been submitted on 14-09 the passport has to be dispatched on or before 30-10 (as if statement given in the official passport website) accounting this i have registered for a GRE examination on 10-11 which intakes the passport as the primary source of identification to write the exam but, the passport which had to be dispatch on 30-10 was delayed .i being cautioned about the delaying conditions so i took the MLA (member of parliament) recommendation letter and approached the passport office on 04-10 to request for fast processing of passport.i was surprised to face the rude behavior of the passport officials breaking all these i have submited the recommendation letter and requested the passport official (assistant of regional passport officer) to grant the passport on or before 06-10 then he told me to come on 05-10 but on that day after waiting for a long time, when i met time he replied that he will check my passport status and grant my passport on 06-10 but on this day he behavior was very ridiculous and undignified finally he told me to collect the passport on 09-10.although, i had my GRE exam on that day i requested the GRE exam manager to permit me three hours time so that i can collect my passport and write the GRE exam. when i got to the passport office and requested the passport official for my passport they showed a very crudeness towards me even though i have waited for three hours they didn't grant my passport inclined me into a situation of renouncing my GRE exam which lead to total forfeit of my GRE registration fee of $180 (Rs 8700) i have waited in the passport office that whole day finally the officer replied me that he will surely grant my passport on the very next day.but no, believing him i have made the mistake after waiting for 7 hours in the passport office and that the officer told that my file was missing and told me to submit a new application.as these all situations clearly exhibit the negligence nature of the passport officials i have decided to proceed legally to get the justice.as, i have all the required evidences to prove my truthfulness.
i am requesting you to put a legal claim on the regional passport officials who are totally responsible for tilt of my GRE exam and made a total loss of $180 for me. please consider my request and legally claim on the regional passport officials under the human rights act so that i can get a compensation of RS 8700 that i have lost due to the negligence of that passport official.
