Delivery delay of my passport

Sir,

I appled for passport on 3rd september in aluva passport office which is under cochin pp office.

Policemen came for verification and verification process over. Still now i have not got my passport.

My file reference no is Z 726028.please do the needful for getting my passport as early as possible.
