Wrong date of birth in new passport

Sir,

I was happy to receive my passport but next moment it turned into agony due to mistakes in my new passport no H 2966878, to see my date of birth 4.11.2008. ihave submitted all the doccuments alongwith old passport copy, how it can be possible that a 45 year old man can born on4.11. it is a blunder mistake made by your office

I hope these mistakes will be taken care as soon as possible and a new passport will be sent to me without any additional cost as mistake is at your end.
