File no: m021821-08 passport not recieved even after an yea

Dear sir,

I had submitted my old passport on 7 mar correction of date of birth in hyderabad office and i have not recieved any intimation from the passport office yet. i have been to ADALAT also around 10 times but there is no response. please look into this matter and do needful.
