Spelling mistake of my father's name

Sir,

This is Naresh Gunturu, my file no is HYD-Z700953-09, application date- 05/03, I had received passport on 28.5.09, but my father's name was mentioned as Maniraja instead of Muniraja, pls advice, how to get rectify this.
