LIU verification

Dear Sir,

I was appling for a new passport dated on April'08.My file no.is GZBA00800408 .Police verification was done on April'08.After 15 days a phone call was received by me from a mobile no. 9837514017 for meeting at the gate of Moolchand's resorts on meerut road, Muzaffarnagar (U.P). I met himand he asked for Rs.3000 for LIU verification. I was not agree with him. As a result the processing of passport was old on. Till date I have not get any response from LIU-Muzaffarnagar/Khatauli.

Please help me to get a new passport.
