With due respect, this is regard to my wife’s passport application (File No. LKO-A148296-10) had been applied on Aug 26 at Lucknow Passport Office. But unfortunately once again denied to grant passport even after second detailed police verification because stamp or seal of SP office not containing name of authority and rest application is fine. This is not my decision, but we are suffering and paying for it.
Applicant was physically presented in passport office and could have been sorted out this easily.
When I checked in SP office, he used the same stamp on this application also as other application. Now we are unable to force him to use seal as per the requirement of RPO. This is absolutely his decision. RPO is passing his responsibility to district administration and district administration passing to Lucknow passport office. No one want to take responsibility, we are simply keep running Lucknow, Delhi and Local administration since one year continuously. I do not know where should I approach?
We have spend more than 4 Lacs rupees to just get the passport as I am staying in Doha, came to India/Lucknow four times. My wife was pregnant and she has given birth to premature child because of stress & tension due to not getting her passport since one year. I have been given family status but because of passport she cannot accompanied me in DOHA and losing this. Top of that, we are unable to live together for more than one year.
I did not come India even on birth of first child, but I came when we have been asked to come and collect passport.
Now I am being forced to leave my home town/parental residence and/or overseas job because of passport only.
I would like to draw you attention, after second police verification, my father went to LKO passport office on 25th July and he has been told that your police report is fine, so you will get your passport in one month, then my father again went to LKO on 24th August, then he has been told, every things are OK but you need to bring the applicant and need to fill the application once again with whatever available proof and then the passport will be given. Therefore I came to India again with joy for getting her passport and went to Lucknow on 30th Aug along applicant and new born baby girl our own risk, which was not in position to travel to Lucknow as she is premature baby. Then once again denied to grant passport and saying that applicant’s photo does not have proper seal and it will go for re-verification. Now this is never ending process as there is same lengthy process.
I understand, second police report has been send to on 8th July, if it was not proper, it should have been sent for correction immediately. I don’t know the reason for making it delay. I assume one year is more than enough to get the correct verification. From my district each week couple of police reports goes to Lucknow, only the problems comes in my police report again and again.
We have seen/meet the PRO/passport office more than 10 times and more than 100 times District SP office, LIU office, CO office and Police Station.
Many times, I/we have requested to issue the passport application under TATKAL scheme so that we can get her passport and let the police verification happen. But it has been denied and told, neither your application can be convert in TATKAL nor your application can be cancel to allow me to make fresh application. This means I cannot get her passport ever in future.
We are helpless, neither we can change my home district nor the place of residence; we have lost the hope for getting her passport ever in life. Therefore we do not hope to get her passport anymore through ordinary/normal verification. We have also requested several times, but so far no resolution has been done. Please find enclosed herewith.
We have approach every possible authority, to whome i can except court, but nothing has been done.
Please advice the Lucknow passport office to grant passport, everything is ready (police report is clear only applicant photo needs stamp with name of authority. I shall be highly grateful. Please understand my urgency. Thank You.
