Non receipt of the passport

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had applied for the passport and the procedure was completed. My passport was sent through courier to my mailing address at C/o Harmesh. Lal Kataria, gali. no.2, Vishnupuri, Near Air forceBase, Dubwali Road, Sirsa, Haryana. As, I was not available it was not received. My file no. z481379/08 is showing no information. kindly, guide me through the process of procuring the passport. kindly do the needful and oblidge.
