Delay in issuance of Passport

Respected Sir

I have submitted the application for passport at District Passport Collection Office, Deputy Commissioner Bathinda on 30-6 (File No.- CHDZ00308809). The police verification has also been done 2 months back but till date my application has not been forwarded to the regional passport office chandigarh. when i check my status online it shows me the message either the File No. os wrong or information is not available. Kindly help me in getting the passport.
