Pass-Port not issued till date

Respected Sir,

I have giving the application in the Regional Pass-Port Office at Amritsar for the correction of place of the birth. The right place of the birth is JALALPURA but the due to the office mistake they have write JALANDHAR in the place of JALALPURA.The reference of my application is as under:

Applicant - NANKI BAL Date of Birth - 11/07/1998

I repeat again the four months are gone but i have not issued the Pass-Port till date. I shall very thank full to you.
