Can any one tel me what is the normal time for issuance of passport. I have applied on 24.10. but till date not rcd the passport.
on inquery it says: it is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the dispatch of passport has been delayed and now be despatched in weeks time.
this comes since last one month but the passport has not reached yet.
