How to corretion the name on passport

Hi

iam sathish kumar i applied for a passport 45days back, i got a passport consist the name as SATISH KUMAR few days back, but when iam applying the passport i dont have original S.S.C MEMO, i lost my S.S.C MEMO in one journey, later i applied for a new S.S.C MEMO I got a Duplicate S.S.C MEMO from board through my school, at my school sir issued my memo as SATISH KUMAR, BUT my original and all other certificate like 2, B.S.C AND M.B.A certificates consist the name as SATHISH KUMAR.

SO pls anybody suggest me how to correct the name on my passport.
