Iam CHERALA SRAVAN KUMAR s/o CHERALA RUSHENDRAM and my reference number is HYDZ15620509 my suggestion is that as I have enquired my status at passport regional office, Hyderabad and the problem I noticed was that at the equiry counter my surname showed was (CHERLA) it is incorrect and my kind request is to make over changes with the proofs attatched i.e to make it to (CHERALA). So please make corrections before delivery of my passport. Thank you.
