Aircel shows non existent sms balances and after sending bulk sms they cut it from main balance. though they say as their technical fault but they punish customers like us. i dont know what to do?? but it seems quite irritating and disgusting.i want to know the exact date of ending their harassment proceedure and how to get back my balance?
