I applied for passport on 26-6 vide file no. z 328023

After all the procedures/police verification report which have been submitted by the suvida center DC office Amritsar vide challan no. 558 dated 27-8 [sr. no. 244]i am still waiting for my passport for the last three months.i therefore request you to send my passport as early as possible .hoping for the best cooperation from your side my home adress... A-326. New Amritsar, G.T.Road, Amritsar.
