Passport Issue with Wrong Spelling

Dear Sir,

My File no is CALA00493009

I have just received my passport after 2 month of applying.

There are lots of mistake in My name Spelling and my Father's Name Spelling.

Where My Name Spelling is SUTAPA DEY in passport it's showing SUPATA DEY

In place of my Father's Name Spelling in passport it's showing BUBAL GHOSH instead of SUBAL GHOSH.

Now where to go? who will help me?
