I had applied for passaport in June '08.They had visited my hometown for my verification. SInce I had already joined my college back for further education my identity could not be verified. However my parents had produced bthe required documents on their visit at my home. I was requested to fill the form with a reason that why was I not available at home during the verification. I had done the same and had duly filled the form and submitted to the Passport Office Bareilly in Oct '08.
Still the website shows the same stuatus which it was showing 6 months ago. They are asking me to submit the forms with an explanatory reason. Phone calls are not entertained. I have sent a landmail to the concerned authority at Bareilly. But otherwise what else can I do?
