I, ranjeet kumar had purchased a sim of aircel on 02/05. its mobile no was 9504631641 and sim no was 404251140929933. the company activated the sim without verification of address which is against the guideline framed by TRAI. How it is possible? After two days the sim was deactivated. When i contacted customer care they told me that the retailor has not submitted your document. so you resubmite the documents. thenafter i submitted the document three times but sim is not activated yet. As a consumer i want to say that it is against the right of consumer. they disconnected my sim without any prior information. The most biggest problem is that in bihar telecom circle almost all the telecom company are activating sim without address verification including aircel.
