No activation GPRS

Hi Sir,

I activate GPRS Connection. but your reply message "Internal Server Error" is denoted every time.

and i dialed 52024. but "the call couldn't by compleated" recorded voice every time. More then 5 times i complained this msg to customer care employees. but no responsible for that above so please send me the GPRS settings.
